Dr. David Wolf
Dr. Wolf received his Bachelor of Science from Pacific University in 1981 and his Doctor of Optometry in 1983 from Pacific University College of Optometry. After practicing in Eugene, Oregon for nearly 15 years, Dr. Wolf moved to Lake Oswego in January 1998 when he purchased Lake Oswego Vision Clinic.
Dr. Wolf is involved in professional organizations on both national and local levels. He is involved with the American Optometric Association and the Oregon Optometric Association. He is currently the Oregon state professional representative for VSP vision. He served as a past member of Medicare’s carrier advising committee, and was a former board member of Eye Health Partners, which negotiates and manages contracts for eye health services. Locally, he is a member of Lake Oswego Rotary Club and Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Wolf has 30 years of experience working with patients of all ages and visual needs. His patients and his staff love him for being personable and easy to talk to.
With his wife Sara and son Andre he enjoys golf, travel and sports.
Kyle Palmer, O.D.
Dr. Palmer was raised in Massachusetts, earned a bachelors of science in environmental science from the University of Vermont, and made the cross country move to Oregon the following year. After working for several years in the health benefits industry he realized his passion for optometry and landed a position as a technician at a local center. He attended Pacific University College of Optometry and graduated with honors while working at a local optometry practice on the weekends. His clinical training included rotations at two busy primary care offices, a full-scope surgical practice, and a VA hospital.
Dr. Palmer will be working together with Wolf performing full scope optometric care. He loves meeting new people and patients appreciate his calm demeanor and passion for optimizing their vision and ocular health. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oregon Optometric Physicians Association.
During his free time, Dr. Palmer enjoys hiking, skiing, cycling, and spending time with his wife, Joanna. Most evenings they can be found honing their cooking skills and on the weekends try to get outdoors as much as possible.
Kevie Kawasaki, O.D.
Dr. Kevie Kawasaki was born and raised in Waipahu, Hawai`i on the island of O`ahu. After graduating high school, she attended the University of Colorado Denver where she earned her undergraduate degree in 2015. That Fall, she enrolled at Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon where she earned her Doctor of Optometry in 2019.
Upon completion of optometry school, Dr.Kawasaki practiced for a year on the Southern Oregon Coast where she served as a primary provider for ocular disease, pediatric vision, contact lenses, vision therapy, and surgery co-management. Here, she also spent her time serving as the Bandon Lions Club Sight and Hearing Chair, helping to organize service events and school vision screenings.
Serving her community and those in need has always been a passion of Dr. Kawasaki’s. During her time in optometry school, she participated on a service trip to Guatemala where she and a group of her classmates provided optometric care to villages in need.
While growing up in Hawai`i, Dr. Kawasaki loved hiking and spending time at the beach. During her time at Pacific University, she fell in love with the Oregon landscape, where she was able to continue her love for hiking and water sports.
